Acronyms and Audits and Accountability

It’s a new year and we are back to blogging here on the WordWrite blog.

If you didn’t catch our Storylines newsletter this month, we shared an acronym using our name – WordWrite – to get you thinking about strategic business planning in the new year. If you aren't signed up to get our monthly newsletter yet, you can do that here

As a recap, we talked about...

Wondering – allowing yourself to dream

Organizing – both externally and internally

Reacting – consistently knowing what happens next

Delegating – assigning the right tasks to the right people

Working – the day-to-day of it all

Reevaluating – knowing when shifts need to happen

Interconnecting- keeping in touch with your network

Training – staying on top of trends

Engaging and Executing – Putting the plans into action

A marketing audit is a fantastic way to kick off the new year. If someone asked you the questions below, could you give them an answer quickly or would you need to send the hmm emoji?

  • Do you know how many followers you have on social media across your platforms?
  • How about how many engaged followers?
  • Which platform is performing best? Why?
  • What is the open rate of your newsletter?
  • How long are people staying on your website?
  • How many people downloaded your free gift/guide/planner in the past year?

These are just a few questions that come to mind, but you will find more in our short Marketing Audit Guide and Marketing Strategy Checklist which you can download for free.

Accountability is a key factor in going from idea to reality. If you want our help, reach out anytime. Our team wants to know more about your business, your strategies, your marketing and the goals you want to achieve in 2025.
